Privacy-First Tools With Clear Exceptions

Effective date: May 12, 2026. MultiConvert is designed around browser-based processing, minimal data collection, and transparent use of external services where live data or support communication is required.

Browser-Based Processing

Most tools process files, text, and generated outputs directly in your browser. For those tools, your inputs are not uploaded to MultiConvert servers. Examples include image compression, text conversion, password generation, QR generation, JSON formatting, and calculator tools.

External Service Exceptions

Some tools and site features need network access to work. Currency conversion may request exchange-rate data from Frankfurter. Broken-link checking may send the URLs you enter through your browser so reachability can be tested. Page speed and keyword helper tools may open or link to third-party services such as Google, GTmetrix, Ahrefs, or related tools when you choose those options.

Contact Form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you submit are sent through EmailJS so we can receive and respond to your request. Do not include passwords, payment details, private keys, or other sensitive information in the contact form.

Third-Party Assets

The site may load fonts, icons, and utility scripts from trusted content delivery networks such as Google Fonts, Google Fonts static assets, Unpkg, CDNJS, and similar providers. Those providers may receive standard browser request information such as IP address, user agent, referrer, and request time.

Cookies And Local Storage

MultiConvert does not require an account to use the tools. The site may use browser storage for interface preferences, temporary tool state, or browser functionality. At launch, we do not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking scripts.

Data Retention

Tool inputs processed in your browser are not stored by MultiConvert. Contact form messages may be retained as long as needed to respond to support, bug reports, feature requests, or partnership questions.

Children's Privacy

MultiConvert is a general-purpose tools website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

Your Choices

You can avoid submitting personal information by not using the contact form. You can also clear local browser data from your browser settings. For privacy questions or deletion requests related to contact messages, use the contact page.
